Utilities:

Internet: Internet service paid by you directly to service provider, optional
Utilities: Residents are responsible for their own electricity usage through PSE, while water, sewer, garbage, and other utilities will be billed separately based on RUBS
Renters Insurance Liability Requirement: A $300,000 liability policy is required. If a resident does not provide proof of coverage, they will be automatically enrolled in Entrata's Blanket Master Policy Insurance by Homebody. This policy provides $300,000 liability-only coverage for $18 per month, charged with rent.
