Move In Costs
Holding/Deposit: $150 due at application, required
Move In Deposit: $50 one time refundable, required
Move In Fee: $150 one time non-refundable, required
Application Fee: $50 per applicant, required
Conditional Deposit: Additional 1/2 month or 1 month deposit based on credit score, one time refundable
Other Fees
Insufficient Notice: 100% of 1 month's rent, conditional
Early Termination: 200% rent 1 month's rent, conditional
Return Item/NSF: $75 per occurrence, conditional
Late Fee: 10% of rent, conditional on payment date
Transfer Fee: $750 one time fee, conditional
Month to Month Fee: $200/month, conditional
Pet Costs
Pet Fee (Dog): $350 one time non refundable, conditional
Pet Fee (Cat): $350 one time non refundable, conditional
Pet Rent: $30 per pet/ per month, conditional
 
Additional fees that may apply:
Storage: $40/month, optional
Garage: $125/month, optional
Carport: $50/month, optional
 
Utilities:
Water: Sub-metering of all your water use, required.
Sewer: Flat rate $4.11 per month, required.
Trash: Flat rate $11.00 per month, required.
Monthly Admin Billing Fee: 9% fee of service charges, required.
Internet: Internet service paid by you directly to service provider, optional.
Renters Insurance Liability Requirement: A $300,000 liability policy is required. If a resident does not provide proof of coverage, they will be automatically enrolled in Entrata's Blanket Master Policy Insurance by Homebody. This policy provides $300,000 liability-only coverage for $18 per month, charged with rent.
Pest Control: Flat rate $5 per month, required.
Storm Water Drainage: Equally divided among occupied units, required.
Trash Admin Fee: Flat rate $3.00 per month, required.
