Fee Guide: Tanner Flats Apartments

 

Move In Costs Application Fee: $45 per applicant, required Conditional Deposit: Additional 1/2 month or 1 month deposit based on credit score, one time refundable

Other Fees Early Termination: 150% of 1 month's rent, conditional Return Item/NSF: $25 per occurrence, conditional Late Fee: $100, conditional on payment date

Pet Costs Pet Deposit (Cat): $300 one time refundable, conditional Pet Deposit (Dog): $300 one time refundable, conditional Pet Rent: $25 per cat/ and $50 per dog/ a month, conditional

 

Additional fees that may apply:

Storage: $25/month, optional
Bicycle Storage: $5/month, optional
Garage: $175/month, optional
 

Utilities:

Water: Allocation based on a combination of square footage of your dwelling unit and the number of persons residing in your dwelling unit, required
Sewer: Allocation based on a combination of square footage of your dwelling unit and the number of persons residing in your dwelling unit, required
Trash: Divided equally among all occupied units, required
Gas: Gas service paid by you directly to service provider, required
Electricity: Electric service paid by you directly to service provider, required
Common Area Electricity: Allocation based on a combination of square footage of your dwelling unit and the number of persons residing in your dwelling unit, required
Common Area Gas: Allocation based on a combination of square footage of your dwelling unit and the number of persons residing in your dwelling unit, required
Failure to Establish Services Fee: $50 per occurrence, conditional
