Move In Costs
Holding/Deposit: $150 due at application, required
Move In Deposit: $350 one time refundable, required
Application Fee: $26 per applicant, required
Conditional Deposit: Additional 1/2 month or 1 month deposit based on credit score, one time refundable
Other Fees
Early Termination: 200% rent 1 month's rent, conditional
Return Item/NSF: $25 per occurrence, conditional
Late Fee: $10, conditional on payment date
Month to Month Fee: $250/month, conditional
Pet Costs
Pet Deposit (Cat): $250 one time refundable, conditional
Pet Deposit (Dog): $250 one time refundable, conditional
Pet Rent: $30 per pet/ per month, conditional
 
Additional fees that may apply:
Storage: $75/month, optional
Bicycle Storage: $15/month, optional
Garage: $150/month, optional
A/C Rental: $75/month, optional
Valet Trash: Flat rate $25 per month, required.
 
Utilities:
Water: Sub-metering of all your water use, required.
Sewer: Sub-metering of all your sewer use, required.
Hot Water: Sub-metering of all your hot water use, required.
Trash: Divided equally among all occupied units, required.
Electricity: Electric service paid by you directly to service provider, required.
Common Area Electricity: Equally divided among occupied units, required.
Monthly Admin Billing Fee: $5 per month, required.
Failure to Establish Services Fee: $5 per occurrence, conditional.
Internet: Internet service paid by you directly to service provider, optional.
Renters Insurance Liability Requirement: A $300,000 liability policy is required. If a resident does not provide proof of coverage, they will be automatically enrolled in Entrata's Blanket Master Policy Insurance by Homebody. This policy provides $300,000 liability-only coverage for $18 per month, charged with rent.
Rent Service Fee: Flat rate $0.50 per month, required.
Water Heating: Sub-metering of all your hot water use, required.
Public Service Charge: Flat Fee per unit, required.
